Wellness Wednesday Videos

At the Calgary Changemaker School, every Wednesday is Wellness Wednesday. This is the 'heart and soul' of our week and the day we pay extra attention to our physical, mental and emotional health (or ‘mind-body-spirit’).
In an effort to help you support the mental and emotional health of your children during this unusual time of school closures and social distancing, we have created two short videos. In these videos, I share simple activities that you can do at home with your children to help reduce anxiety, stress and/or hyperactivity.
